You're now able to run advanced prostitution rings, expand your household with new servants, marry and impregnate a slave and raise your kids and hang out/train them from the age of 10 all the way to adulthood.    

There's a ton of other features as well - over 150 new renders, Lovisa's character quest, a medical facility that offers a wide variety of implants, countless bugfixes and over 20,000 words of new dialogue/event texts. All starter/vendor quests have also been graphically revamped with new unique settings.
